Dr. Mark Barr has over 20 years of experience as a certified endodontist, which means he completed years of additional training after graduating from dental school in order to provide an array of specialized services designed to relieve the most persistent dental pain. To this day, he still takes hours of continuing education every year in the field of endodontics and implant dentistry, ensuring our patients only receive the most up-to-date care possible.

Dental technology is constantly changing and evolving, and one of the greatest breakthroughs in the past few years has been GentleWave technology. It has completely changed the way Dr. Barr performs root canals. Instead of having to use small files to slowly clean out the inside of a tooth, GentleWave actually creates a vacuum inside a tooth using fluid dynamics. The end result is that more infected tissue is removed in less time while the tooth itself is better preserved.
